
Hoisin Salmon
Servings: six
Ingredients
6 (4 ounce) salmon filets
2 limes
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon agave
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 green onions, chopped and rinsed
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine the hoisin, vinegar, agave and minced garlic.
Place salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle each side of salmon with lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush hoisin marinade on salmon, and top with green onions. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
