1 prepared pizza shell
¼ cup prepared pesto
2 cups arugula
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 anchovies, chopped
½ cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
2 ounces feta, crumbled
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
Preheat oven to 425. Place pizza shell on a cookie sheet or baking stone.
To assemble, spread pesto on pizza shell, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with onion, anchovies, olives, feta and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake according to pizza shell directions, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Top with arugula and serve.
