Frisee, Fennel and Apple Salad

Servings: six

Ingredients

1 large head of frisee
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
2 crisp apples, cored and thinly sliced
½ cup dried cherries
¼ cup sliced almonds

Apple Cider Vinigairette

4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 shallot, minced
1 tablespoon agave
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Assemble salad ingredients on a platter.  In a small bowl, whisk all vinaigrette ingredients together.   Season with salt and pepper.  Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
