Chipotle Mango Salsa

Ingredients

1-2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 chipotle pepper and adobo, minced
½ red onion, diced
1 lime, zest and juice
1 tablespoon agave nectar
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Kosher salt and pepper

 

Directions

Combine the ingredients and refrigerate for 2 or more hours before serving.
