Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ banana
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon flax seed
½ cup ice

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.  Add extra ice, or a little water to adjust thickness.
