Thai Beef Skewers
Servings: six entrees or twelves appetizers
1½ pounds beef flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Combine the soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and cilantro in a resealable bag. Add the steak and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours. Bring to room temperature before proceeding.
Preheat the grill for medium-high direct heat. Coat the grill with cooking spray.
Thread the steak onto 6 skewers. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, using the reserved marinade to baste the skewers.Tags: Beef, Spring Fever —
